- Honor your financial commitments to Esusu groups
- Fulfill job obligations honestly and professionally

4. Financial Transactions
Esusu groups involve financial commitments. By joining an Esusu group, you agree to:
- Contribute the agreed amount on the specified schedule
- Understand that missed contributions may affect your reputation
- Recognize that funds are held by group members per traditional Esusu arrangements
- Acknowledge that GbamGbam provides coordination tools but is not a financial institution
5. Intellectual Property
The GbamGbam platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by GbamGbam and is protected by Nigerian copyright laws and international treaties.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on GbamGbam. By posting, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also request account deletion at any time through your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
GbamGbam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Losses from Esusu group participation
- Failed job transactions or disputes
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions of other users
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through our witness verification system and, if necessary, through Nigerian courts in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
11. Data Protection
Your use of GbamGbam is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).
